-A delicious snack that will keep you going before a workout or just a snack! Ingredients: -2 cups unsweetened apple sauce -1 tsp vanilla extract -2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional) -1/2 cup blueberries -1/2 cup raspberries -3 cups rolled oats -2 tbsp melted coconut oil Directions: -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -In a large bowl mix together applesauce, vanilla and protein powder -Once mixed fold in blueberries, raspberries, rolled oats and coconut oil -Place mix in muffin tin and bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown Happy eating! -Brooklyn :-)
