This unique mix of acoustic melodies and folky feel appeals to many different music fanatics. This album consists of 15 brilliant tracks and whether you like pop, rock, indie or anything in between there’s bound to be a song just for your musical taste. Perfect for relaxing by a fire or hosting a few friends over for dinner, this album is an autumn essential. “Commentators” and “Harder than Stone” are more upbeat whereas “Ladies and Gentlemen” and “The Golden State” are a little slower. This gives the variety necessary for a successful album. City and Colour wowed his long-time fans and attracted many new ones by the release of this inspiring album.
